Description

These Mini Chocolate Chip Muffins are soft, fluffy, and bursting with rich chocolate flavor in every bite! Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or lunchboxes, they are quick to make and irresistibly delicious.


Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup (6 oz) granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup (4 oz) unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup (4 oz) whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup (6 oz) mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.

Spoon the batter into the mini muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days!
