Description

These Crumbl Cookies are the ultimate indulgence—thick, soft, and packed with rich, gooey centers and crisp edges. Inspired by the famous Crumbl bakery, they’re perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth with their bakery-style texture and irresistible flavor. Great for parties, gifts, or simply treating yourself!

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients For the Cookies:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs, room temperature

1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cornstarch

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or mix with white chocolate chips)

For the Frosting (Optional):

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

2 tbsp heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prep the Oven:
🌡️ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Cream Butter & Sugars:
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).

  3. Add Wet Ingredients:
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

  4. Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt.

  5. Combine Wet & Dry:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined—don’t overmix. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  6. Shape the Cookies:
🍪 Use a large cookie scoop or 1/4 cup of dough per cookie. Roll into balls and slightly flatten them for that signature Crumbl look.

  7. Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers should look slightly underbaked for a soft texture.

  8. Cool:
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  9. Optional Frosting:
For frosted cookies, beat together the frosting ingredients until smooth and fluffy. Once the cookies are cool, frost and enjoy!

Notes

Chilling the dough for 30 minutes helps prevent spreading, making them thicker.

Swap chocolate chips with M&M’s, toffee bits, or white chocolate for variety.

Storage: Keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
