Ingredients

Cheese Wraps

  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Filling

  • 16 ounces Ground beef
  • 1/2 medium Onion sliced
  • 1 Bell pepper sliced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the ground beef, sliced onion, and bell pepper until the meat is browned and the vegetables are soft. Drain excess grease.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and salt and pepper to the skillet. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and everything is combined.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place 8 even circles of shredded cheese on the sheet, spaced apart. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are golden and bubbly.
  • Let the cheese circles cool for 1–2 minutes. Add filling to the center of each, roll them up gently, and let cool to set.

Notes

You can store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days. These also freeze well in a so low freezer—just reheat in the oven or air fryer for a crispy texture. Perfect for those busy weekdays!
