Pizza Bowl Base

  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers any color
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix marinara sauce with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the seasoned marinara sauce evenly into the bottom of an oven-safe bowl.
  • Layer on half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add pepperoni, bell peppers, black olives, and mushrooms over the cheese.
  • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
