These irresistible breakfast sliders are a crowd-pleasing, cheesy, and savory way to kick off your morning. Packed with eggs, cheese, bacon, and sausage, they’re quick to make and even quicker to disappear!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter divided
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk whole or 2%
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 12 slider buns or dinner rolls split
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 12 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • flaky salt for sprinkling
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley leaves finely chopped, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush a 9x13-inch baking dish with half of the melted butter. Set the rest aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs until frothy. Add milk and salt, and mix until just combined.
  • In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt 1 tbsp butter. Pour in the egg mixture and gently scramble until just set. Remove from heat.
  • Arrange the bottom halves of slider buns in the dish. Layer with half the cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, and remaining cheese. Top with bun lids.
  • Brush tops with remaining melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder and flaky salt.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are golden. Let cool for 5 minutes. Top with parsley if desired and serve warm.
