Ingredients
  

For the Breadsticks

  • 1 lb pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp chili powder optional
  • salt to taste

For the Filling

  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup thinly sliced cooked beef or steak tips
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese

For Serving

  • Marinara sauce or queso cheese dip for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  • Mix olive oil with minced garlic. Brush the mixture over the dough evenly for added flavor.
  • Sprinkle on Parmesan and half the provolone or mozzarella cheese. Spread thin beef slices evenly and season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and chili powder (if using).
  • Fold the dough over the filling, pressing to seal. Cut into strips using a pizza cutter.
  • Twist each strip and place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and extra chili powder if desired.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm with marinara or queso dip on the side. Enjoy!
